New Launch: Leisurlist

Leisurlist is a new website and app that tracks absolutely everything there is to eat, see, and do in Northwest Arkansas. We were excited to be given the opportunity to design everything from the logo to the website and iOS and Android apps as well as tackling the development of this large project. 

When first approached with this project the idea was simple, showcase all the modern, cool, and unique spots and events that are in Northwest Arkansas. Traditionally, if you tried to search for things to do in Northwest Arkansas, you'd find nothing but old, quirky roadside attractions and University of Arkansas stadiums. This gave the appearance that NWA was kind of a boring place. Our task was to create an identity and a living platform that is constantly being updated with new content. The site and app should always feel fresh and vibrant and make it easy for users to access the things that interest them.

While Leisurlist can be used without signing up, having an account allows users to select and save the things that interest them and receive reminders on upcoming events. There are over 50 categories of interest, all with lots of places and events to explore. The platform also includes unique perspectives from locals within the "Insider View" section. This is a collection of articles from local insiders giving users the best of the best and some "off the beaten path" ideas of things to explore.

Searching and filtering are front and center and key to helping users find the places and events they want. Users can search by keyword or interest category as well as filter by location and time frames. Looking for something do to in Fayetteville this weekend? Simply select the "Fayetteville Area" in the location filter and "This Weekend" in the calendar filter.
