A Bigger And Better Web Presence
When Buffington Homes wanted to overhaul their web presence, we started from square one. Before tackling design, we needed to tackle messaging. Getting the brand message right informs the rest of the design and development process. We wanted a customer centric brand message and a web experienced focused on the user.
Once we had the messaging right, our focus turned to the user interface. There is a lot of information to convey to a buyer who is building a custom Buffington Home, so we had to ensure that information is served to the user in a clear and concise way. Iterations of wireframes and designs produced a final product that we and Buffington Homes can be proud of.
Mobile First
It's been said time and time again, but we'll say it again, everyone is using the internet on their phones. This is especially true when shopping for a new home. Whether it's lounging on the couch while perusing options or out for a drive looking for open houses, the mobile website experience is extremely important for potential customers. We ensure that all information is easily accessible. In this case, we also structure the web presence on mobile to behave more like an app. This allows us to focus on the best user experience for ease of navigating information.
